The Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets square off on Wednesday in a duel between the two worst teams in the NBA this season.

The Eastern Conference-worst Pistons have lost (1-8) their last four games. They are coming off a 96-90 loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Friday. Cade Cunningham (17 points) and Kelly Olynyk (13 points, 10 rebounds) led the Pistons in that game. Detroit top scorer Jerami Grant was limited to five points.

Killian Hayes did not play due to a thumb injury but he could feature here after returning to practice.

The Rockets (1-9) have lost their last eight games. Stephen Silas' side are back home after ending their five-game trip with a 120-107 loss at Golden State on Sunday.

Jae'Sean Tate led the Rockets with 21 points and 10 rebounds.

Kevin Porter Jr. did not finish the game after he sustained a thigh injury. Danuel House and Eric Gordon did not play. It’s not yet certain if these three players will feature against the Pistons. John Wall remains out for Houston.
