AC Milan are aiming to get their fourth straight win in the Italian Serie A on Monday against Spezia.
The Rossoneri recorded wins against Empoli (4-2), Roma (3-1) and Venezia (3-0) to remain in second place in the league with 48 points from 21 games.
AC Milan also beat Genoa 3-1 in extra time in the third round of the Coppa Italia in their last game where Olivier Giroud, Rafael Leao and Alexis Saelemaekers all scored.
Alessio Romagnoli, Pietro Pellegri, Fikayo Tomori and Simon Kjaer will not be able to play here due to injury while Sandro Tonali is suspended. Milan boss Stefano Pioli will also not be able to use Franck Kessie, Fode Ballo-Toure and Ismael Bennacer, who are all playing in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Spezia are coming off a 1-0 win over Genoa in their last game. Simone Bastoni's goal in the first half was enough to seal the win for Thiago Motta's side, who are currently in 16th place with 19 points from 21 games.
Leo Sena and Aurelien Nguiamba are on Spezia's injury list while Ebrima Colley is playing in the Africa Cup of Nations.
AC Milan recorded a 2-1 win over Spezia in September in the first meeting of the two teams this season. Daniel Maldini and Brahim Díaz scored for Milan while Daniele Verde scored for Spezia.
AC Milan vs Spezia Tips
1. Match Result - AC Milan to win
AC Milan are on a roll and we expect them to pick up their fourth straight win in the Serie A.
2. Total Goals - Under 2.5
The first meeting between Milan and Spezia produced three goals but we don’t expect that to happen here.
3. Both Teams To Score - No
Although Spezia have scored in their last four matches, they may find it hard to find the target against a red-hot Milan side.
4. Anytime Goalscorer - Olivier Giroud
The French striker has netted five times in the Serie A this season.
5. Correct Score - AC Milan 2-0
We are backing Milan to score twice without conceding this time.
We expect AC Milan to again beat Spezia but they will not give up a goal this time.
