Real Madrid have not lost in their last 11 games in La Liga and they want to extend that streak on their visit to Athletic Bilbao on Wednesday.

Los Blancos currently lead the league with 43 points from 13 games. They recorded a 0-0 draw against Cadiz in their previous match. Los Blancos are also unbeaten in their last 14 games in all competitions.

Several Real Madrid players have tested positive for Covid-19 and these include Luka Modric, Marcelo, Andriy Lunin, Gareth Bale, Rodrygo and Marco Asensio. Daniel Carvajal will also not play here due to a calf injury.

Athletic Bilbao are targeting their second straight win after beating Real Betis 3-2 on Sunday. Iñaki Williams scored twice while Oscar De Marcos was also on target to lead the Basque club to their first win in their last nine games.

Marcelino García Toral's boys are in ninth place with 24 points.

Asier Villalibre, Dani Vivian, Peru Nolaskoain and Yuri Berchiche will not play for Bilbao due to injury while Unai Simón and Iñigo Martínez are also out after testing positive for Covid-19.

Real Madrid beat Athletic Bilbao 1-0 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu last December 1 with Karim Benzema scoring the winning goal.
