Chelsea are expected to beat lowly Burnley in the English Premier League on Saturday.

The Blues have won their last four league games to stay at the top of the leaderboard with 25 points from 10 games.

In the previous round, Thomas Tuchel's side cruised to a 3-0 victory at Newcastle United. Reece James scored twice while Jorginho added a penalty for the visitors.

Chelsea are coming off a 1-0 triumph at Malmo in the Champions League on Tuesday. Hakim Ziyech's goal in the 56th minute was enough for the Blues to get their seventh straight win across all competitions.

Mateo Kovacic, Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner remain out of action for Chelsea due to injuries. Mason Mount is unsure after missing their last two games due to illness.

Burnley got their first win in the Premier League this season after beating Brentford 3-1 at home last Saturday. Chris Wood, Matthew Lowton and Maxwel Cornet each scored for the Clarets, who snapped a five-match winless streak in all competitions.

Sean Dyche's side are currently in 18th place in the table with seven points. Only Dale Stephens will not play for Burnley in this match-up.

Chelsea have won their last four games against Burnley, who last won in the series in 2017.
