Both Everton and Tottenham are determined to bounce back in their clash in the English Premier League on Sunday.

Everton have lost their last three games to drop to 10th place in the table with 14 points from 10 games. The Toffees lost to Wolverhampton 2-1 in their previous game. Only Alex Iwobi scored for Rafael Benítez's side.

Richarlison returned in their last game but Abdoulaye Doucoure, Yerry Mina and Dominic Calvert-Lewin remain out for Everton. Andre Gomes and Lucas Digne are not doubtful.

Tottenham suffered losses against West Ham (1-0) and Manchester United (3-0) in their last two Premier League games.

Spurs boss Nuno Espírito Santo was sacked after their loss to Man U and Antonio Conte was appointed as his replacement. Tottenham are in ninth place with 15 points.

The Spurs are coming off a 3-2 win over Vitesse in the Europa Conference League on Thursday. Tottenham zoomed to a 3-0 advantage through goals from Son Heung-Min, Lucas Moura and Jacob Rasmussen.

Bryan Gil is unlikely to feature in this game due to a hamstring injury while Ryan Sessegnon is still out.

The last meeting between Everton and Tottenham in April ended in a 2-2 draw.
