Paris Saint-Germain lead Group A of the Champions League while Leipzig are in last place with no wins in three games.

PSG beat Leipzig 3-2 in Paris last month. Lionel Messi scored twice while Kylian Mbappe added another to lead the French giants. André Silva and Nordi Mukiele scored for Leipzig.

Mauricio Pochettino's side are coming off a 2-1 win over Lille in Ligue 1 where Marquinhos and Angel Di María scored. Messi made an early exit in that game after experiencing knee pain. He is not expected to play against Leipzig.

Sergio Ramos, Leandro Paredes and Marco Verratti are also absent but Mbappe could feature after recovering from an ear infection. Achraf Hakimi returns from suspension.

Leipzig drew 1-1 with Eintracht Frankfurt in their last game in the German Bundesliga.

Yussuf Poulsen gave the Red Bulls an advantage but they gave up a goal in injury time.

Leipzig boss Jesse Marsch will not be able to use Marcel Halstenberg, Brian Brobbey, Lukas Klostermann and Marcelo Saracchi in this game.
