With the Titans handing the Buffalo Bills their second loss on Monday in a 34-31 thriller, they maintained their two-game lead at the top of the AFC South.

The Chiefs (3-3), early Super Bowl favourites, have lost three of their six games and are at the bottom of the AFC West, despite their 31-13 win at Washington last week.

The Titans (4-2) are averaging 27.7 points per game but are conceding 26.8 points per game.

They are getting plenty of juice from running back Derrick Henry, who has 10 TDs and a league-leading 783 yards rushing.

The Kansas City run defence has allowed 5.2 yards per carry, an NFL-high 33.5 first-down percentage and the second-most touchdowns on the ground (nine).

However, Titans receiver AJ Green could be missing with a hamstring problem and QB Ryan Tannehill is struggling.

He has just six TD passes and four interceptions and has been sacked 20 times already. He also lost lineman Taylor Lewan with concussion on Monday.

They have issues at cornerback, with rookie Caleb Farley suffering an ACL tear and fellow CB Kristian Fulton placed on Injured Reserve.

The Chiefs need more pressure up front and are likely to see success against Tannehill, who has always been guilty of holding he ball a beat too long.

The visitors are favoured to win despite having lost six of the last nine meetings.

We expect the Chiefs to emerge victorious in this contest.
